Very disappointed went here for a oil change and asked for the 21 point inspection because you have to pay extra. They told me an hour wait ok. Going on 1 an a half hours I go outside to make a phone call and my car is sitting out there. I come back in and ask if my car is done? The gentleman ask the lady she says no. He looks sees she has my keys,it was done. Really? Then I asked if the 21 point inspection was done she says you have to ask for it,I said I did she says no it wasn't done. Customer service terrible. Don't know what was going on today I have been here before. I left very upset.

All of the employees there are super nice. I've been coming here for a couple years for my oil changes and tire rotations. They are very honest and upfront about finding any problems and always letting me know about them, but are not pushy about trying to sell me on getting things done! I would definitely recommend them.

I’ve been a customer of Fenkell Automotive for around three years. I’ve used them to mount tires I purchased from The Tire Rack. They did such a good job that used them to repair my other car.My first car needed new rear tires. I again purchased them from Tire Rack partly because of the price and that Fenkell will mount them. Their tire machine damaged one of the wheels and I alerted Fenkell about the problem. There was no argument and they told me they’d repair the wheel. There was no hassle.It’s easy to rate a business when they do a good job. The true test is the way they handle a problem. They were professional and polite.Unfortunately, this is a rarity in today’s world.Kudos to Fenkell Automotive.

2021 Fleetwood Bounder 35K Class A gas motorhome. Was experiencing a rough ride and vibration near the front driver wheel. Needed an oil change and possible generator oil change. Service Advisor, Kevin, was very helpful and professional. I was able to talk to the tech that would work on the unit. “Pops” was very friendly and listen to and looked at my issues very seriously. Issue up front was a “missing” suspension leaf spring bumper. Pops took it upon himself to throughly check the chassis and found a missing bracket in the back used to hold the sway bar in place. The generator oil was last changed 11,000 miles ago but without much actual use since. Even though I authorized the replacement of the oil in the generator, Pops said it was not necessary. Was kept informed, via text messages, of progress and costs all along the way and the vehicle was ready when promised. Very pleased!Services: Steering & suspension repair

Dropped my Nissan off in the morning and asked if they could get my axels changed in 4 business days. They hustled and got it done by 2pm the same day. The guys working here are very eager to help, and always answer my barrage of mechanical questions very patiently and kindly.

Came in right after I noticed my cars thermostat was over the 200 measure- went outside to look under the vehicle and noticed a big puddle of liquid… put 2 &2 together, coolant for sure.Came in right before closing, 4:30 and they were so kind and took in my car. I received a call the next morning with the diagnosis which matched what I had assumed - they provided price- which I thought was fair.I was out of state once my car was ready, 1 day later, for pickup- but they had online payment available which was sooooo convenient and even went out of their way and parked the car outside with the key locked inside- this would allow me to pick up at any hour with my spare.I’ve had my car for a day and everything looks good- no more overheating! I’m very pleased with the service and the professionalism.This will definitely be my go to shop for any issues this shop Can take care of, going forward- happy to find a trustworthy knowledgeable car repair shop!

I am from Washington state. Traveled to Michigan in my motorhome. I needed an oil change before heading back home. Finding a company that could work on my Class C unit was not easy. Found Fenkell online and chose them due to high reviews. I wasn’t disappointed. Not only did they get me in quickly, they were professional and did a great job. I was impressed and will use them again when I return!

Additional post from most recent service: took a Dodge Charger in which had non functioning AC. Fenkell was able to diagnose and quickly repair the vehicle. They also tested, cleaned and replaced the coolant system fluid along with a worn serpentine belt. The repairs were done the same day while I waited in a very comfortable waiting area. Excellent work at a fair price. Highly recommend Fenkell for all auto/truck repairs and maintenance.Updated post: Consistent high quality work at a fair price without the long waits and delays. Mechanics are all certified and do an excellent job! Service advisors are very friendly and knowledgeable with no high pressure pitch to fix things which don't need to be fixed. This was first visit and I'm very impressed. They repaired a oil leak, replaced hoses, gaskets, checked tires, brakes, much work and kept me informed along the entire visit. Highly recommend them.Service: Oil change

Your service stinks. The man wouldn't even talk with me - he said I needed a new muffler after parking my car. What ever happened to telling the customer the requirements and then fixing it?This new boot idea sucks. You gave me a list of items needing attention but no pricing. Best service I've ever experienced just getting an oil change and 12 point inspection done. Fast, friendly, efficient and the price was amazing. Cheapest one I have ever had. The waiting room was even awesome. Variety vending machines, even complimentary popcorn. It was really nice. Even my special needs daughter was comfortable and happy there in the quick time we were there. I will be back for sure!!!!Services: Vehicle Inspection

Good shop. My tire came off on M-59 and the tow truck driver took me here. I really just wanted to get my tire and rotor fixed but they did an inspection on my whole car and kept finding things wrong. I mean seriously every hour the guy would call me and tell me something else was wrong with my car. I drive a 2010 Jeep Patriot and I really didn’t want to put a lot of money into but the guy would not take no for an answer. Did I need the stuff done? Yes. Did I want to spend $2900 on a 13 year old car? HELL NO. Absolutely would not take no for an answer and had me sign up for SNAP so I didn’t owe $2900 all at once. So now I’m stuck paying a $178 twice a month for repairs on a 13 year old car. Absolutely would not recommend unless you want EVERYTHING wrong with your car to be fixed.
