Please hire competent employees. These workers can’t even do simple retail duties. I purchased a pair of shoes &came back to exchange for a different size. I was told the price of the shoe had gone up since then &now if I wanted to exchange I had to pay the additional amount. I have neverrrrrrr heard of this nonsense in my entire life &the workers claim this is what companies do all over. Hello!!! We are not stupid &stop trying to scam us. Clearly these workers don’t know their own policies. The website clearly states “our guarantee: it will fit: or we’ll exchange it for free”. Also! Why are these workers so rude!! This girl with red hair rolled her eyes at me &gave me the dirtiest attitude when I asked for a shoe to try on.

Please hire professional employees that open the store on time. Do not have employees walking around on their cellphone while there is a line of customers outside of the door.

Was here earlier today and know exactly which shoe we wanted to buy for my daughter. came back at 7:45 since store hours say closing at 8. Screen was shut and clerks say they are closed. Still not 8 when posting this review and now I have an upset daughter. Will never buy from this chain.

I was in buying a pair of shoes for my little cousin. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a young man named Jeremy, don’t think Jeremy could have been more of a help. Knew what he was talking about and got my cousin looking good in some brand new kicks. Definitely will be bringing all my future Business here as long as Jeremy is working here! The world needs more Jeremy's!

Very small selection, barely anything in stock in the store and rude inept employees. Reason #25 online shopping is the way to go.

Ordered two pair of retro 11’s different sizes, my order was rejected two days after I had already paid for them. I feel if it’s a possibility that I may not get the shoe because of whatever excuse, I should be told that before checking out. Not only did I not get what I paid for but I have to return to the store to get my refund back onto my card (probably another 3 days) because the 1.800 number that was provided had me on hold for 15 mins for two days in a row. Will not be back.

The staff was really nice however i only gave them 3 stars because they had nothing in stock i had purchased 7 pair of shoes but mind you they had to order them and ship them to my house.
