I'm only giving one star because the store is well organized and has a great selection of cute clothes. The employees however are another story. I got to the store today around noon and spent about 20minutes shopping and had selected about 10 items to try on. I went to the fitting rooms at 12 30 and was told by two employees they wouldn't let me in until 1pm to try on the clothes because they were putting racks of clothes away. I'm sorry what? Their was NO sign indicating this when you came in and why can I not try on clothes because you are putting some away? I asked if their was another fitting room and the girl smiled and said 'nope!' very loudly. I went to the front registers where no one was until finally finding another employee to ask to speak to a manager. The manager came and I told her I thought it was ridiculous I couldn't use the fitting room. She told me I could purchase the clothes, go to marshals and try them on and then come back and return what I don't want. What???? Their was a lady their too with her daughter and she said they did it and it was ridiculous. Why would you make people do this?? I was so angry I left all the clothes on the counter and left. I will NEVER return to this location. Rudest manager and staff I have ever encountered.

Every time I come to this Forever 21 store I can’t get my refund item, The blonde hair lady that work at the cashier is not friendly at all. She will have excuse like “oh is old item, you can’t return that anymore and it was 3 days ago(it was first time shop there) then today I grab crop top from sale 30% off red signs. She said is still new and is look very old. And someone was took the barcode out. And she was charged me full price for it. If that person is the manager I hope she makes the same amount of money or lower all year long and never gets the benefit. I will not come back here again. She will not help you anything and ignore you, Bad service and some of the stuff got ripped off by someone else they don’t even take it away. They will not helping you to refund. Do not return or buy clothes from here??

Store is an unorganized disaster, all dressing rooms are closed (only reason I came to the store), waited 15 minutes to be checked out.

Worst store ever!! Rude employees and RUDE MANAGER!!! If you return an item, they will try to NOT refund your credit card and will try to give you a STORE CREDIT in spite of you may have paid via your credit or debit card. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Would have given them ZERO stars here on google if it was possible!

The ONLY reason I’m giving any stars at all is because of the clearance and the cute items I and my daughter found. This was the most unorganized store I have ever been in. The unorganization was not because of the state of the store-it was the staffing. I was in line for 30 minutes with 4 groups ahead of me, all had at most 5-6 items. Only 2 people on register, one clearly not knowing what she was doing, and the other walked away when there was very obviously a line (there were at least another 5-6 groups behind me at that point). When I finally got to the front of the line to ring up, the girl who knew what she was doing left. When she came back there were 3 other people standing around not doing anything. At this point I was in line for 45 minutes and my 6 year old (being in the mall for over 2 hours) started getting upset and overstimulated with the wait. My last straw was when I was FINALLY rung up, the girl double scanned an item and still tried to charge me for it even though I very politely (even though I didn’t have the patience) mentioned it to her. I gave up, told her to cancel the transaction, picked up my daughter, and just about ran out of the store. Never ever again will I go back to this store. I’d rather shop online.

Big store with lots of selection. The largest outlet mall did not fail. Mall hours are convients and the mall is easy to flow thru. My life spent a paycheck in forever 21. They must be doing something right

They have a great selection of teenage clothes; I just typically find the durability of these items we purchase to be quite short (less than 6 months). That said, teenage girls can find an entire outfit for just about any non-formal occasion, complete with shoes and jewelry and undergarment pieces. The store is always clean and well-organized, and the employees are very friendly and helpful! Thanks!

Came here two weeks ago for some pants for work. Didn't have much of a selection to choose from. Finally found a good pair and got two because there was a good deal going on. Honestly, this place should be renamed, "Forever teen" because it's targeted for more of their style range of clothes. A girl checked me out and proceeded to talk with her coworkers, even stopped cashing me out to chat with her friends. Too many workers standing around talking, didn't even know if registers were opened.
