Stood online and waited while 3 people came in and got help before me. Finely a woman came from back and asked me if I needed help. I told her about how long I had been there with no help and she brushed it off. I spent more money then all three people in front of me combined. This place should not judge someone by appearance.

The customer service was amazing. Latasha one of the employees at Fossil was a big help finding me a watch and also stay after when she was supposed to leave when she was helping me out but stayed to make sure everything was good when I made my purchase.

I prefer shopping from this particular fossil store. The collection is great and prices are very reasonable. The customer service is usually good and would like to mention Mal who is super friendly and very nice. This type of customer service makes shopping experience wonderful.

I love my Fossil watches. I have like 15 of them from over the years collecting them. The customer service at this store is a little questionable. One of the people there was quite rude. Asked us if we needed help, then walked off and started helping other people. A bit ridiculous. Not happy with that. I’ve been to several of these stores across the country, this is by far the worst Fossil experience.

STEVEN (salesperson) he was very RECISTS!!It was a horrifying experience; no help and he doesn’t care for ASIAN people, but he cared to white people in front of me!Unfortunately, there is nothing below 1 star! It's the worst branch, WORST WORKERS, and WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ever seen in my life! they have no clue how to deal with customers or solving their issues, don't know how to respect and deal with a loyal customer!I spend for shopping $900 and STEVEN didn’t explained about warranty policy also, he wrote my wrong email on the system but before closing the transaction even he didn’t verify the information with me and when I asked him about those issues then he act like he very busy and never respect me, didn’t fix the email, didn’t explain about warranty policy and STEVEN said, if I don’t want I can leave it so I was totally disappointed with his awful, horrible service but MANAGEMENT should take action against his RECISOM behavior!Honestly, I’m point out and telling STEVEN (salesperson) he was very RECISTS!!

I love fossil and I would like to show my appreciation for the great service I received today and yesterday from their sales associate LaTasha! She was very knowledgeable helpful and kind I had to make another visit! I've never owned a smart watch but I love my new Gen 5!!!

Great customer experience! I purchased a watch in April that stopped working, and no questions asked the representative took care of what I needed and provided a replacement watch quickly and easily. She was super friendly and made the experience seamless.

How do I even begin, Julie is the most patience and helpful person I ever see in a workplace. She is so knowledgeable and kind, helped me find two automated watch.Awesome job Julie. Thanks. The other female employee I have no clue what is she doing there. Just staring at people and don't even want to work. I feel Sorry for you Julie you have to deal with someone like that.
