I absolute adore coming to this store. Their merchandise, vinyls, snacks, and accessories are so cute! Their email louder expectations are NOT. I was signed up for the FYE backstage passes without realizing or knowing why. The employee was a gentleman who asked my husband for his license and we’ve never been asked for that before at a check-out and hesitantly handed it over. The male employee then proceeded to sign us up for the FYE backstage pass, which I NOW HAVE TO GO OUT OF MY WAY TO CANCEL. It is irritating, predatory, and manipulative. I also understand that some companies require their employees to meet a certain quota of sign-ups/credit cards, and it is HORRIBLE. People will sign up if they want to, they do NOT want to be manipulated into signing up and being charged 11.99/month if they forget to cancel. Ugh. Not coming back, would rather go to Best Buy or hot topic.

The cashier was on her personal cell phone and completely ignored me while she was talking shit about customers in front of me. I walked away and waited another 5 minutes thinking she’d get off the phone and finally walked up the register to check out. She then signed me up for the subscription right after I asked her if it was like a free membership and she said yes. It’s not free, it’s $11.99 a month and she put my email in wrong so I can’t even make/confirm my account to cancel it. Ridiculous behavior, I don’t even want to ever come back to the store now! Fix your policy’s

Every time I visit this location, I have an extremely unpleasant experience with a staff member named Asaad. He is consistently rude, dismissive, and never offers to help. Anytime I ask a question, he completely ignores me or acts like I’m bothering him. It’s honestly frustrating and unprofessional.
To make things worse, he always seems unkempt and has a strong body odor, which makes the shopping experience uncomfortable. I’ve given this store multiple chances, but his attitude and lack of customer service are unacceptable. FYE should seriously reevaluate who they have representing their brand. I won’t be returning.

They stole my debit card information and signed me up for their VIP subscription. I don’t have a username associated with the account, so it was not created by me. They stole multiple months worth of my money, leaving me unable to pay for food for two weeks. They make it impossible to cancel! I have been trying to reach customer service for 72 hours. Never agree to save 10% at checkout!! It is a scam

They had an OK selection of music -- my daughter found a cool Green Day picture disc.
Someone should explain to the young folks organizing the records, though, that Steely Dan is a band, and not just a dude named Dan Steely.

FYE uses a predatory tactic to trick customers into signing up for a FYE Backstage membership plan hoping you join for a tiny discount on one purchase and hoping you forget and continues to charge $11.99 a month. Don't give this business your money.
