Returned and online purchase in store. I had a question about the mens jeans and I was directed to a manager. The manager took her time to discuss fabric with me and show me the best option that matched my needs. The store has a nice selection of clothing. The store is a clean and organized.

Ordered an item for Christmas, which stated would arrive before the holiday. Changed delivery date 3x’s, with arrival now after Christmas. The item won’t arrive subtle after the recipient has flown back to her home stage.

I just drove a half hour just to go to this store, and their store gate is closed with a paper note taped to the entrance saying they are “closed due to internet issues”. So frustrating.

I been going to Gap outlet for a very long time. But it has been few months every time I am there, they always been closed. Weather due to flood, not enough staff or internet service is down, always something! Saturday i went around 5pm and they had a sign saying we are closed because nternet service is down. But of course worker are inside the store chilling. I won't be surprised if this gap closed down soon because of careless staffs!!

I love shopping at this store! The clothes are of excellent quality! Today I was making a purchase, at the time of paying, I was a little entertained when the cashier asked me my date of birth and I didn't understand her and since my first language is Spanish... she started laughing at me with her other colleague! ! How unpleasant this is in a customer service store where they must give a good and respectful service to the public.
