Do not open account here or at any InTouch. Worst financial institution. Their restrictions (holds) on accessi to your money from guaranteed checks (government, cashiers, etc) is ridiculous. You cannot talk to anyone in Texas ( main ) with any problems. Worst customer service and total lack of respect for customers. You cannot get anything resolved as administration in Texas is not accessible to depositors for any reason and branches have no authority to assist you with anything.

It’s a bank. Simple.Get what you need and get out.I got greeted and went on to us their machine which allowed me to talk to a teller.Simple.

I am very disappointed with this company in A. I Refinaced my car through Intouch in August 2021and I've had full coverage insurance through the whole process. I was never informed that I needed anything added to my insurance until a bill racked up of over $4000?!!? So, now I went from paying about $450 monthly on my note to $850 a month. I think this is awful business. I refinanced for a lower price and this is what happened. Smh.....

I've financed my last 4 vehicle's through InTouch Credit Union. On top of the great rates it's been the level of customer service Basi Patel has provided that keeps me a member. Basi is always polite, helpful and most of all adds zero pressure to the loaning process. I will continue to be a member of ITCU as long as Basi is there to work with. Thank you Basi, keep up the great work and please pass my praise along to Cindy and the rest of your amazing team!

I'm actually very impressed and at a local level, our InTouch office in Auburn Hills MI is more than just a bank, they're almost like family! They offer exceptional service and customer care where each customer is unique with unique needs, and so services are tailored to their specific person (they will go the extra mile to either meet you half way or even 100%). I've saved more than I could dare to count, and it's the courtesy calls from agents and subsequent follow up that actually save the big bucks! The process is handled quite expeditiously too and so, I'm specifically grateful to our local team in Auburn Hills Michigan, it's always great doing business and I look forward to returning very soon! As for corporate, that business model I think needs someone to take a closer look, I'm not sure there's ever been a time when a bank has used incidental fees to steer growth; fees like the $6.9 charge for making a payment on your own accounts, or the lower cost $5 per transaction that adds extra business days to deliver which fuels frustrations. These fees could appear harmless and minutia, but longterm definitely not a tool for survival. I also totally get if they have to cover overhead and as such, I'm keeping my 5 stars to the local team for significantly exceeding all my expectations! They are the reason I'm still there, and so it's definitely more about people and less about product (thanks team!)

I would like to commend and give great praise to Cynthia Conley for her excellent customer service that she provided me in setting up my son's CHIPS/GEAR UP (checking and savings) accounts this week. It took a couple of phone calls and several emails to get these accounts set up, but Cynthia went out of her way to make sure I was well taken care. I live in TEXAS...my local ITCU branches did not provide me with the quality service that Cynthia did, but she was happy to oblige my request. Thank again Cynthia Conley for all your assistance...all the way from McKinney, Texas.
