Easily the worst of all the Jax locations. No where near as much space as they need, for as popular as they are. Only two vacuums that have horrible suction. And when you exit the car wash the dryers don’t pull people up far enough so there’s almost always a back up at the end.

I am getting sick and tired of coming through and not getting the passenger side of my car sprayed, sometimes not even the driver side when it's caked in dirt. Will change my rating once this is resolved. Was great when it first opened.

For the third time in 2 months, I stop by on a nice day to get my car washed. Just a basic request. I am consistently 'pressured' by Steve at the check-in lane for upselling. I nicely tell him no thank you. He then proceeds to ask 3-4 questions as to why. Because I said no thank you. I had to say no thank you a few more times, and he then asks how many other cars we have. If i want a membership, I will go to the webpage and review my options. I mean move on with your day man! Either they are pressured to upsell or paid commissions. This is annoying and makes me want to go somewhere else going forward.

Workers are rude. They half spray your car off when entering the wash. When the car wash is busy they become overwhelmed and start taking their frustration out on the customers. There is one girl who is at the towel dry station and she deserves her flowers for drying off my entire truck every time. She does a better job than the men that work there!

I am so frustrated with this Jax , I am a member. Every time I come to this location, they never power wash my car. They kind of quickly spray it with this little tiny hose. And when doing this, they never go to the other side. Today I had to go through twice and complain and the manager said they only spray it down if it’s really dirty. My car is still dirty after 2 times around. Then why do I have the membership? I think I will be looking for another company to wash our vehicle's.

I pay for full service and I never get my car sprayed off properly, and it's only at this location. Guy with Supervisor on his shirt; decided to wipe off screens and not spray my car off. But I did notice how they pick and choose on what car's will get properly done correctly or more 🤔

This car wash doesn’t totally clean your car. Always have too many people standing around doing nothing. They need to spray down your car in the beginning every time, especially the back, but they don’t.

They do such a horrible job drying your car. By the time I get home, I have to dry it again. It would be nicer if they were not in such a hurry and could spend two more minutes drying a car.

Shout out to andrew for showing me a great trick of getting sap out the windshield! he tried to help me get signed up for the monthly club but there was an issue with my account.He did everything to try and fix it but i was in a hurry and he ended up giving me the wash complimentary.What i can say is that its rare to see someone happy and enthusiastic at most workplaces,his positive energy was contagious! And also a shoutout to christian at the end who asked me if i wanted to go through again to get the sap out and was very kind as well!! Will be coming back 100%!!!!
