Ordered on line and took care of any returns in person at this outlet. Beautiful store, well organized and with very helpful young lady who provided me with directions and assistance with my return. Plan to come back and shop this brick and mortar store.

Staff greeting at the entrance is rude. During black Friday, the store was crowded and everyone had to wait in the queue and go in. However, my wife had to take my 3 year old daughter to washroom immediately after entering the store. When they returned, the queue got even bigger and the staff at the entrance refused to let them in and asked to come in queue. When I tried to explain the staff from inside of the store, she told ‘We had this conversation already in a rude tone’, projecting that she has spoken to my wife. I believe it is the duty of the staff to explain the customer politely and be compassionate when needed. My 3 yr old daughter was witnessing this and she was confused. I am to blame for putting my daughter in this situation. I did not argue and left the store without purchasing already selected Jeans. Disheartening to see a particular staff in one particular store can create a negative impact on such a big brand.

Great denim selection. Levi reslly are the best overall jeans company in America.Finally found a pair of jeans that I really like the look, fit, and feel of. It's been a few years since I've had a great pair of jeans and not just a decent pair.Also super excited to see they have raw denim very similar to the Japanese style. I bought a pair 2 sizes up as suggested to wash and hopefully wear. If all goes well this review will be a 5. If not a 3.Best place for jeans in the area to be sure.

Honestly, I would I never shop here again and won’t be purchasing this brand anytime in the near future. Their supervisor and associates ignored my whole party when we entered the store and as we shopped but happily greeted the white customers.
