A really great person. I don't know her name, but she was the only person working there during my appointment. I hope you track her down and say thank you.”
“The staff is always professional and friendly. Phlebotomists are top notch. I have difficult veins, but it’s always painless and successful. Sometimes there is a wait, but it cannot be avoided. Too many patients at the same time causes the law of physics to kick in. ?♀️”

“I went around 1pm, thinking I’d be waiting for at least an hour to be called back, because that’s always been my experience everywhere else. But not here. I only had to wait maybe 5 minutes. The lady who drew my blood was very kind and patient. I have stubborn veins that like to hide. She knew all the tricks and was patient, and got me on her first try. I’m used to getting poked several times before they get it. No one enjoys getting blood drawn, but for what it was, it was a great experience.”

“Went in this morning like I always do on Saturday mornings when I need to get blood work done. The staff is very friendly and get to know you as a person and not just on paper. They are always busy on Saturday mornings and today they were very short staffed that even the supervisor came in to help out. I talked with the tech that drew my blood and she was great and very friendly. People need to be more understanding and not be rude and demanding. If you don’t have the patience to wait than go in on a different day. The techs were not just doing only blood draw but also printing up the lab orders as well. They were doing a great job with a few people on staff. I highly recommend this place for getting blood work done. I even take my people from work to get their blood draw and they are great with them as well. Thank you everyone at the Beaumont Lab for doing a great job keep it up!!”
