The nursing home that our father went to submitted a request for a Sun Medical Bed & Wheelchair without submitting the request to Medicare, thus we were being charged monthly fees on our credit card. The Sun Medical Sales/Service rep Robert Leask was spectacularly helpful. Rob created the submission to Medicare on our behalf. We Later moved our father to a 2nd nursing home that already had an electric bed. Rob Leask was again very helpful by coordinating a pickup of the original bed during the Medicare approval process. Throughout our 2 month interaction, Rob's communication & updates were excellent. He provided same-day replies to my Emails & ALWAYS answers his phone.Rob Leask is the BEST sales/service rep that I have dealt with from any company, Sun Medical is lucky to have him.”

“I feel compelled to write a follow up here. After contacting the supervisor it was determined that the order I was told was shipped out the 14th was in fact NEVER received by the warehouse so most certainly not ever shipped from Texas as I was told. Chantal apologized and committed to following up with the staff to address how it was initially handled, the fact that I was not given the correct information and that I had to follow up a third time as they never got back to me after the second call I made. Additionally, she pulled some stock from the office and personally took the items to the local post office and I received them the very next day. I will see how the next order goes before a final decision on if they keep my business but this was very encouraging.”
