I have been a member for nearly 30 years and I have never looked back once. MSUFCU has always taken the time to explain things to me in a logical and easy to understand way. I have never felt like a number, even after the changes from a live person initially on the phone to now getting Fran. Yes, ultimately I miss a live person answering the phone and having the personal experience after having it for so many years before, but Iquickly realized that after a simple selection or two you can still get to a live person with ease if Fran is unable to help me. I always appreciate the care that each employee takes with me ensuring that my interests and concerns are met and addressed every single phone call every single time. It's really appreciated that they take the time to make sure that I feel comfortable with my financial decisions and that any suggestions the offer me for products or services ACTUALLY make sense for me and my needs, not just a sales pitch. I will say that the majority of the time I do banking with MSUFCU it is done online but for any of the times that I have visited a branch, it has always been a great experience! The new building in Auburn Hills is fantastic and clean! The team is polite, eager to help and actually thank me for being there!!! It's like a fancy upscale hotel lobby! I also like not have the old school teller line! This new system feels very personal and more professional!

Appears to have major issues with Bill Payment third party used by them. Issues with processing payments on time twice in past 90 days. Today bill payment servers were down for 4-5 hours. May have grown too big too fast. Don't depend on them for bill payment services.......

Slow service and long wait time at the new facility. I don't need to sit down with a representative at their desk every single visit (not to mention the horrible "check-in" process). They need a fast/quick line inside for just withdrawing/depositing cash and checks. I've been with MSUFCU for over 20 years, but will likely be looking for a new bank.

Overall MSUFCU is a fantastic organization. But, trying to get support over the phone or at the location is becoming impossible. Went to make a withdraw and found seven people ahead of me waiting for service. After waiting 10 minutes and no one being called from the cue, I left with others. The top name had already been waiting over 30 minutes. Go back to service windows for withdrawal and deposits. Leave desks to those needing personnel service.

Honestly by far one of the best, cleanest, friendliest bank/ credit unions ever! My wife left a review and I was reading the negative reviews and I didn't even experience not one bad thing and when I seen the negative reviews I had to jump aboard and had to defend this excellent facility.I went close to closing time to get my check for a car loan and from the moment I walked In I felt very very comfortable they were very nice, very friendly, treat you like a customer not a number. I didn't feel rushed like other banks. Great place for your banking needs!thank you very much msufcu!

My husband and I have had a wonderful experience with the MSU/OU credit union. Their customer service both in-person and on the phone has greatly exceeded our expectations. The level of kindness and care in our interactions has led me to switch from my prior banking institution where I had been a long time customer. Their products are also very user friendly. This will certainly be where we will be sending our kiddos for their future banking needs. Beautiful main branch as well! A+!

customer since 2015, Came here to deposit a check still waiting for last 25 minutes. They don’t have a quick service desk. Just fill out your name in a tablet and wait. I guess it’s time to switch to Chase.

Professional, knowledgeable staff. They will take their time to explain transactions and answer questions. Efficient service EVERY time, and I have been an extremely satisfied customer for over 10 years.

I have gone through this credit union for my last two auto loans and could not be happier. The app on my phone lets me know of any preapprovals I may have with current rates. the app also lets me know what my monthly payments would be. On Monday I went in and spoke with a lovely and well educated worker named Rachael. She was informative and easy to work with. Answered all my questions and even guided me on the best way to purchase my out of state vehicle. She was fantastic and the process to obtain the auto loan was less than 25 minutes. Stellar job. Highly recommend.

Been a member for years, and have been very happy with the service. The new location is beautiful, and more convenient than the old five points drive building. The only downside is the check in process. It works well enough, but it would be nice to have a dedicated quick service line for simple transactions.

Not fond of the sign on the pad and wait for the teller thingy, no clue how long I'm staying and sometimes it's taking forever, this visit was a negative experience in terms of wait times

Employees are very nice. However, one of the woman managers is extremely rude. I’ve been inside this location only a few times since it’s been open and any time I’ve had to speak with her about anything she is ill-mannered, vastly argumentative, and distasteful. She seems to be too young and immature to hold a management title. I would suggest asking for someone higher above if needed. After arguing with her I was able to get my issue resolved with someone in a higher department. Other than that it is a very clean and a nice building. The other employees are always helpful and straight to the point with service!

New building, nice furniture, but once you sign in and wait for someone to get you from the lobby, it took 45 mins in the middle of the day to deposit a single check.
