Worse customer service I have experienced shopping here . Noah at the cash register was rude and the manager he called over had an attitude from the time she came over to help. They need new management and training for all employees. I told Noah his customer service is horrible and he laughed in my face with the other male employee that was working next to him. I’m very disappointed because I always shop here with my family.

A great place to get shoes. Just remember there are no returns for any reason. Buy two pair because if you come back, they’ll be gone!

Went to this Nike outlet during a visit to Great Lakes Crossing Mall and it is similar to many of the other Nike outlets I have previously visited. Consumers need to take note that all sales are final so if you get the wrong item, size, color, etc. you will not be able to do a return or exchange. The prices on the merchandise are good and they often have extra discounts as well and you can get even further discounts by using the Nike app. The store was well organized and clean and I was able to find some things that I wanted.

terrible service, we came to back to school shopping and when we were asking for a certain size all the big white guy did was look and then walk away just saying they didn’t have it. And then when we were asking for different sizes they took long times, I don’t know if it’s because we’re colored but they were treating us differently. We weren’t being rude at all. Other shops have been nicer. Been in line at the register yet the cashier left and left us waiting for 10 minutes. never coming back I do not recommend!!

I bought three pairs of shoes kids size And they were small tried to return them or get an exchange. This Lady told me as the Final Sales nobody told me that and I didn’t read a sign that says it's final sales

They dont return or exchange!!! Especially with those high prices!!! Nothing close to outlet prices!!! Smh.
