The staff has always been friendly and kind. Helping me with my banking needs. I have and will continue to recommend Parda Federal Credit Union. Their customer service is amazing. Its one of the main reasons I didn't go with Wells Fargo or South State.

I have been a Parda FCU member for ~20 years and always experience great customer service, either via phone or online through the Member Solution Center. The reps respond promptly taking care of any questions or concerns, keep up the great work!

I have been apart of this credit union for over 5 years now & I appreciate all the staff in the office. I had experienced a concern, and Yvette, the manager called me back immediately, listened to my concerns and made everything better. The service she provided was exceptional. She not only helped with my concern, but went over and beyond to turn everything around! All the staff are very friendly and always there to help. They have even offered services to help me and my financial situation. I am glad I am a member here and encourage others who are not, to join as well. You won't regret it. Thanks for everything Yvette and the staff at Parda. You all ROCK!!!!!

Had a great experience as usual with the Parda Team! Completed a loan application and approval in record time and funding to meet my short-term needs. Nicole H. was incredibly knowledgable about the features and benefits on the different types of loans as well as the credit score ratings process. She was professionally attentive and thoughtful to complete the review and process. Yvette is an outstanding employee. She guided me through a tedious & complicated process with courtesy, professionalism, patience & a deep understanding of the Parda website. Furthermore, she continued with me 30 minutes after quitting time to avoid leaving me hanging. If only all my contacts were like her.

After my Debit Card was mysteriously compromised, PARDA was wonderful in getting the card shut down immediately and doing investigations to refund the money taken from my account by an unknown criminal. Thank you SO much Parda. Stressful ordeal for me, but all of you gave me peace of mind.

I have been a member with Parda for 15+ years and have found no other bank beats them! Their rates are always better and the customer service is phenomenal. I just closed on my 2nd car loan with them and will continue to use them for all my banking needs.

I am forever grateful for all Selena Jackson from Parda Federal Credit Union do to all her Parda's customer like me on a daily basis. Selena's prompt replies to emails and phone call follow ups are outstanding, she is willing to help and guide customers like me and suggest things that I wasn't even aware of that are so helpful. And overall how Parda credit union walks with their customers together to meet their financial needs, to go as far as checking the interest rates from other loans from other banks and advised me on how best Parda can help me lower the interest rates. That's a big deal to me. I will move all my bankings to Parda Federal Credit Union soon here because they have really helped me financially and especially with my loans to make it so much easier and the lowest interest you can find out there, in addition to great workers like Selena who are ready to help anytime you call Parda.Thank you!

I become a Parda member in 2017 and would highly recommend this credit union. All the staff always welcomes you with a smile and are so polite and professional. I no longer work where I become a member, however I have maintained my account and do everything remotely still receiving the same wonderful service. My husband and I needed a small loan so we could consolidate and pay off a couple of higher interest rate debts.Leigh Hope was wonderful and called me with a great PARDA loan offer with a low fix rate. She was very knowledgeable and processed all the paperwork in a very timely manner. The whole process from start to finish was complete within a week and half and the monies will be available within 3 days.Leigh Hope made this such an easy, smooth and pleasant experience even being states apart (I’m in CT and Leigh is in MI) she deserves a big shout out and THANK YOU!!!Kathy / Ray M.Milford, CT
