It's not very often that you meet a customer representative who enjoys what they do. Cathy demonstrated to me that she cared about our experience. She appeared to be genuinely concerned that we might be having a difficult time, although we never discussed it. She was kind and very professional from her first greeting. Very informative and outcomes were better than we expected. She is an asset to this company. Very nice and friendly.

I tried contacting customer service because they charge me a random $86 after I made my payment and have the receipt for it and when I was using online chat, she asks for the last 4 of my drivers license (which I gave). She kept telling me it was wrong when it’s not and then I asked if I could give her my account number and she just said she couldn’t help me and left the conversation. Very VERY frustrating

I used to be a satisfied customer. i maintained 3 units here for years. The price kept creeping up but it was still OK. Then they deleted access to the restroom facility. I discussed this with them but they would not reverse their decision even though the restroom is still there. i just moved to a facility that has restrooms, is closer, at least as nice, and half the price.

Great experience using Public Storage on Lapeer Rd for past 4 months!! We were done with our move yesterday and Ron at Public Storage was tremendous in helping us wrap up our use of the unit and close out our rental. Thanks so much!!
