I had a terrible experience at the Rite Aid store located at this location. As someone with autism, it was heartbreaking when staff was rude, laughed behind my back, ignored me when I asked for help, and even gave me the wrong prescription. The employee at the counter was on her phone while waiting in line.STAY AWAY from this location.

Apparently there have been some staffing changes over the past year, and my pharmacy experience has been so much better. My go to for scripts now.

I once had a miscommunication at this location once, but I personally received a call to remedy the situation. Client service was phenomenal. I was actually blown away at the fact someone called me about an incident I had here. Never had a bad experience since. Staff is very welcoming and greets me every time I walk in. Highly recommend

Kanqueil was very rude, didn't greet me at the counter after I spoke to her. I asked for pricing on two products, she acted like she was very upset. May be new but definitely needs to learn some things

I’ve been coming here for months since I moved to MI and the employees that used to work here have always been super nice and helpful. I always get my prescriptions from here and I even get my amazon packages shipped here. Today I had the worst experience with this lady “who claims to be the store manager too” who was rude and dismissive. She only found one of my packages and said she couldn’t find the other one and that i should contact Amazon for a replacement or a refund even though she barely looked. When I asked her to double check she told me that she has, and that she has other customers to serve. I think people like her could benefit from some training on customer service. So disappointing!

Go to a different Pharmacy, it’ll be well worth the drive. The people they have working in the Pharmacy are so rude, not to mention their drive thru speaker hardly works. I called prior to ensure my prescription was ready and I was asked to bring my insurance card, which I did. She asked me if I had it in the drive thru and I did, I’m not sure if she expected me to place it agains the window or what but she looked at me and rolled her eyes as she opened the call box. So basically if you have no issue being undervalued for a good 15 minutes while you wait for your “ready” prescription... this is the place for you. What better is they will not fill your entire prescription. They will give you 1/2 & tell you to pick up the second half later.

I often forget about this closest Rite Aid to our house on the corner of Squirrel Road and South Boulevard. And I go past it two or three times every week, often going into the Ace Hardware Store almost next door. Because of insurance preferred providers most of my prescriptions are by mail or through another chain locally. But they all sell an assortment of over the counter medicines as well as a variety of other products including grocery items, wine, beer, soft drinks, cookies, candy, seasonal items, and etc. Whenever I have stopped in at this location because of items featured in the Rite Aid weekly advertisement paper, the staff have been friendly and helpful in finding whatever I'm looking for. I'll just have to try to remember that they are here and closer than some of the other ones I have shopped at.

Worst pharmacy in the world so RUDE. Brought my script in on Sunday said they were all out of it will be ready next day by three. Came in next day at six. They rudely said I never dropped off my script finally after time they found it said they still didn't have medicine and also wasn't covered by insurance. Not once did they apologize or even acted like they cared. So I took my script to another pharmacy in Hollywood was treated with respect. Told me everything they told me was a lie. Filled my script in three minutes and it was covered by insurance. I will never go back to rite aid pharmacy ever! How can get away treating people so rudely? Had to pick one star otherwise I would pick none.
