A colored girl was working very hard under a white manager that was quite hard on her. Some white people need manners. Indeed we all do but some things just irk me as we could be making the world a better place little by little. But sometimes we think we have to show who we are. Why not just respect each other.

“Be Aware From Expired Items “I have been doing curbside delivery from years. I have never took any reviews. But I have been receiving expired food items on my curbside pickup from last consecutive order . I went to the store to return those items at the desk and expressed my concern to the desk person and preferred to talk to the manager. Manager came and looked at the items in the cart and left saying I will be back. I have waited half an hour for the manager she never came back so talked to the desk person about the same. Her answer was she hasn’t came back yet we issued the refund and that’s it. No communication at all until I ask. Receiving expired items and grumpy attitude from management. What a waste of my time.

Not too busy. Around 6pm. The store was beautiful. The clothes area, looked fantastic. Most everything nicely straightened. It was a very pleasant shopping experience. Well done Valentine's Day Employees. You need a party ( tell your boss )

I had an incident on January 13, 2024 at Sam's Club in Auburn Hills, MI. This was just after a big snow storm that we had gotten the night before. I was scheduled to have my tires installed at 9:00 a.m. on this day. After traveling in hazardous conditions I finally made it there at 8:55 am with my 7 year old daughter. Upon arrival I was greeted by a nice young man, who advised me to pull my vehicle into the bay for them to install my new tires. I went inside the facility for him to look up my order. Upon looking up my order he informed me that the wrong tires were order for my vehicle. The young man asked me did we place the order on line. I advised him that my husband and I personally made a trip to the store and spoke with an individual and informed him what type of vehicle that we size of the tire that we needed. The associated ordered the tires and I was called and told that they were in. The young man apologized and said that Incorrect tires were ordered. These tires were for a Trail Blazer and my vehicle is a Blazer. However, they could order the tires and that they would be there in a week. In other words, I could wait another week and come back then.I advised him that this was not acceptable and that I had already risk my daughter and myself life coming out in this hazardous weather. Then he said he could offer me another tire (not all weather - which is what I ordered) and that there would be an additional $95.00 charge. I asked him if there was a store manager available for me to speak with, because this was an inconvenience and not my fault that the incorrect tires were ordered in the first place. He said that there was no store manager available, however, there was a team leader by the name of Josh at this location. Josh appeared and I explained the situation. Josh said I'm sorry but we DO NOT price match. Which I responded, that's ok. I will pay the difference.I then asked Josh if he could write down his name, his manager's name (who wasn't available) and that person manager name. because I was going up the corporate ladder. Josh was VERY RUDE!!!! and said that he didn't have to write down anything for me. This was so DISRESPECTFUL, that I had to excuse myself so that my young daughter who was with me didn't see me crying! , upon my return she said mommy are you OK? I then asked if he could give me the phone number to Corp and he told me to Google it. My blood pressure went up and my (blood sugar dropped drastically and I had to go to the cafe to order something to eat to bring my blood sugar under control. Therefore, I will not be purchasing tires from Sam's Club in the future, nor will I be recommending them as well. THis incident occurred on 1/13/24. I have called three additional times 1/21/24, 1/27/24 and again today. I was suppose to be transferred to a supervisor but was disconnected. If this is how they TREAT their customers then I DO NOT want to have anything to do with this organization.

Good store but too small for the area it serves. Size limits selection and we still maintain our Costco membership for the store a half mile away. Between the two they have what we want.

Poor structure for the gas station and poor management. They have a worker at the gas station whom has a attitude problem, cannot communicate properly without being upset, and commits time fraud.This worker today left the gas station unattended, leaving myself and another gentleman standing outside waiting for help.He put up a sign “back in 10 min” and did not even notify a team member. They had a team member come out shortly after being called and he was confused himself wondering where this gas station attendant was.This guy should not be allowed to work or manage a gas station, especially with high volume.

Spelled my child’s name wrong on the cake. Then tried to say it was my fault! When the bakery staff checked the cake order form it was spelled correctly on the form but not on the cake! Which is the cake decorators fault not mine! What bothered me most was how rude the bakery staff was to me! Staff should be more considerate to customers and just apologize for their mistake. It’s never okay to be mean to your customers Sam’s Club!

The staff here is some of the kindest customer service I have ever received. It was a breath of fresh air! I really enjoyed that more than anything that it truly felt they were there to help you with anything, thank you.

The Sam's does a pretty good job of keeping things in stock in the store clean, which I very much appreciate. It does seem however that they do not carry as many items as all of the other Sam's in the area.
