The Service team at Summit did a great job on my oil change. I also asked them to look at the driver seat which stopped working. They replaced the fuse and it has been working fine.

We purchased a car from Summit Place Kia in December 2023 and had a wonderful experience. Travis helped us at the beginning to narrow our search, and he was kind and knowledgeable as we made our decision. Justin helped us with the final purchase, working with us to complete the paperwork. Justin was patient and helpful throughout, and really made the whole process easy and smooth. John in finance completed the purchase and was also very helpful. We are so grateful for the whole team at Summit Place Kia and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car.

Second consecutive purchase from Summit Place Kia and I’m sure I’ll be back in the future. Eric Carlton makes the customer’s experience seamless from beginning to end. I never felt pressured into buying something I didn’t truly want. You always expect dealerships to lowball you with trade-in values, but I was pleasantly shocked they offered me what they did for my five year old car. I will continue to drive out of my way to go to this dealership time and time again, and have recommended Summit Place to many.

Best sales experience that I’ve had in a long time. My wife and I met with Eric Carlton when we walked in and he was very helpful and not pushy at all. That was much appreciated. We test drove a Forte and a Soul and then left. Two days, several dealerships and test drives later, we were back to purchase. Eric and the whole team made the process smooth and enjoyable.

I would give a 5-star review based on the sales experience alone. My sales person was great, and the whole experience of buying my vehicle earlier this year was fantastic. The service department however, is another story. My car has a recall. I called 3 times in 2 weeks to schedule my car in for the recall. I never got a call back from anyone in Service. When I called back the 3rd time, the call was once again forwarded back to reception. When I explained the situation to the receptionist, she said she would put another note in to have Service call me. I said that she's done that twice before and I haven't been called back yet. She then explained that their Service department is short-handed. I said that doesn't explain not getting a call back. I ended up calling a different Kia dealership and was able to get my car scheduled on my first call, without waiting for a call-back. Summit Kia - you may want to look at your Service Department and re-train them in providing customer satisfaction.

The experience was good as a first time car buyer from a dealership. Costa Demopoulos was fantastic, outgoing, and not overbearing. He showed and explained everything in detail so I was not confused about what I was signing. I would go there again and recommend others shopping around for a car to give them a look. My "Boogy" has been a very nice ride so far.

My experience at Summit Place Kia was excellent! The staff I interacted with were all friendly and helpful. My sales rep, Eric Carlton was awesome. Very professional and down to earth. He listened to my needs and immediately went to work for me. I felt no pressure the entire time. He not only delivered on the exact vehicle I wanted, in the exact color I wanted, within the monthly payment price range I was hoping for, but he also got me a good deal on my trade in. If you plan to shop at Summit Place Kia, I recommend making an appointment with Eric Carlton.

Will Ledger of Summit place Kia was very helpful in getting me the car that I wanted. He was very transparent with pricing, financing and the capabilities of the car. He also spent several hours with me including staying after they closed to make sure I was 100% comfortable with my new car even though they were busy. I believe Will genuinely cares that his customers are treated fairly and they have a good car buying experience. All of the other staff members were very friendly as well. I highly recommend considering Summit place Kia for your next vehicle. The car is awesome as well.

Travis did more than was needed when we arrived and saw the red niro my wife shook her head and said not again!!!! I had bought her a red car before and I didn’t learn ? travis found a green one that she loves. ? thank you soo much for the extra trouble you went thru. It’s a learning experience that will last.

I just got my second car from Summit place Kia today. Would absolutely recommend this place to everyone. And have convinced a few of my friends and family to go there. This time I worked with Justin S and he was awesome. Helped me turn my old lease in and get my new one quickly. I will definitely be getting more from them in the future.

Went to this dealership this afternoon, signed in to see salesman....and waited. While we waited notice 5 salespeople doing nothing. One was eating at his desk. Left dealership, and will go elsewhere to buy a new electric car.

I've been dealing w/sales associate through texting & messaging. Told them only model I was interested in was a KIA Sportage. & after two days of waiting, was told I need an additional $3000 down and he could get me into a jeep compass. I'd give this idiot zero stars if I could. Not only don't want a jeep, the compass is garbage.***On a side note. Don't give them a bad review, or the Associate you've dealt with, will text you back and complain. Sure thing?I 100% guarantee, I'm forwarding all this, & filing A formal complaint w/the BBB...
