They found out recalls never done before she bought the used car. They made sure that she was taken care of and got her in the next day. They even doing the front alignment the next day. Actually this trip was probably my fastest in and out experience, got signed in, the desk helped me locate a vehicle in the yard, when I found the correct aisle, there was the vehicle and literally perfect working conditions, no rusted bolts (this time!) My experience was neither friendly nor accommodating. I was told I had to come to the dealership to replace a simple rear wiper blade. Once there, Megan informed me (incorrectly) that the entire wiper assembly needed to be replaced, and warned that if I tried doing it myself, I would be responsible for any damage. After checking online, I found the parts were sold separately and ordered the blade to replace my torn one. Despite other dealerships selling the blade for about $35, Wally Edgar charged $50.
When I returned to pickup the blade at the dealership, Megan acted as though it was the wrong part and again insisted the whole assembly was required. She was short with me, and the technician she brought out needed my help to install to install the blade. I found a YouTube video that worked perfectly.
After the installation, Megan presented paperwork and unexpectedly added a $26 install fee which was never mentioned beforehand. She had originally told me that if I purchased the part from GM, they would ship it to the store and the dealership would install it, with no mention of extra charges.
Overall, the information I received was wrong and misleading, I was surprised by an unexpected installation charge (after having to show them how to replace the blade), and the interaction was unnecessarily rude and the pricing was way too much (49+26) for an 11 inch wiper blade.”

“Russ&&Mike are AMAZING! I hit a deer last week and was being turned down everywhere and or told i need a cosigner and even high payments.
Russ was not letting me walk away without a car. He told my stepdad and I he would make it happen and he did just that and Mike even went the extra mile and helped me shop for insurance.

“One day I’ll get a Tesla. The staff is always friendly and the storefront is clean. I’m hoping prices will descend soon. I rented one while on a road trip through the SW and was pleasantly surprised.
A quick update, while I ended up getting another EV brand, the decision factors were so close and only off by dollars and few other factors. The Y is still a very nice vehicle; while its a very modern interpretation, personally I felt it was long in the tooth. And some of the charges just don't seem logical like the color of the interior ($1000 for white instead of black...it's still vinyl) or exterior ($1,000 more for another color, makes no sense because the alternatives are not exotic...I used to paint professionally). I think Telsa needs to work out some of these bugs because they seem illogical. Charging premiums just for the sake of it without any tangible value in my book is a no go.
I wanted to extend a special thanks to Usama Sitto, who was an excellent sales rep! His communication was succinct, timely, and honest. I felt he worked very well with what he had available. He was easy to work with and not pushy. His targeted questions were insightful. Thank you!”

Sorry to say that but this dealership is better than the Toyota corporate it self. I had very bad experience at Victory Toyota in canton when I bought my BZ4x. They are crooks and I dont advise anyone to buy from them. Toyota is the best car, but Toyota corporate in USA is the worst. Me , my family, my relatives my neighbors and my community decided not to buy Toyota any more because I been sold a used car as a new, The corporate didnt bother themselves to follow up about my complaint.”
