I do not understand how the USPS can just close whenever they choose. I have come here on three separate occasions and the counter is closed. On another occasion, there were two clerks one working and the other with her head on the counter (napping). That's unacceptable at a work place!

Came in at 3pm on a Tuesday and worker said I need to use the self service desk because they were closing. Online hours and door says they’re open till 7pm. I can’t ever get help at this location because of staffing issue, why not just close the location?
