They would not honor a coupon I had from email...was told that doesn't apply to the outlet store...they have been honored before so what has changed?? I could have gotten a discount for being a Frontline worker but was asked for my RN ID...nurses don't carry RN cards so no deals there either...I like the products but with higher prices these days it would have been nice to get a little break...very irritating!

This is all Vera Bradley, but on sale, all the time! You may not see the exact pattern you are looking for, but there's so many, it probably won't matter. The staff here always tend to ask if you are finding everything you are looking for and they really mean it because they want to help. The store is a tad bit on the small side, but the usually carry a good selection. ??

There is a huge selection of Vera Bradley merchandise!! The purses are cute and I bought a really soft throw blanket for $25. The sale signs are a little confusing, Overall the prices are fair.

One of my favorite places to go for any type of handbag. I wasn't really looking for anything in particular, just going because of the sale at they seem to always have. They had a nice clearance in the back on a lot of older items, backpacks, blankets, notebooks, and pens, Etc. The store was clean, wearing masks with a mandatory, but staff were wearing them for everyones safety.
