All of the stars in this review are for Lainee and Makenna. The absolute sweetest, most helpful and put together associates ever. They work through the insane crowds like it’s nothing and keep a smile on their face the whole time. I am genuinely so impressed by them, I don’t know how they do it! Also love the dress I got!

Giving the biggest shout out & gigantic THANK YOU to Jillian!!! I walked in with an idea but had no clue how to make it happen. I showed her some Inspo-pics & she did NOT disappoint!
I left with 3 outfits that I now can’t even choose from for my night out because they all look so damn good!
She was my stylist, & hype woman all in one!
I didn’t even have to think about it once she took over. Even pulled something off the rack that I honestly wouldn’t have even thought of & it’s now a new favorite!
She was super friendly, personable, professional & VERY GOOD at her job!
Thank you again girl for all your help! I’ll definitely be back simply because you’re there!

I’ve frequented Windsor over the years for my self and my daughter. We know homecoming season is rough, I myself personally worked in a similar store in the same mall, however today we came as a group of four, we were never met with hospitality only left feeling like we were in employees way and they were not there to help, only to tell us we were not allowed in certain areas of the store, my 15 year old daughter had to cash out alone with my visa which made me extremely uncomfortable They would not let myself or the other mom re enter after we left our girls in line so we could go grab something from a store near by. We were the adults who were paying. I was not only offended but working in retail for a long time it made me realize how poorly the store was ran and how understaffed they are and lack of dressing room space.
I will be finding a new place to frequent for dresses. Our friends we brought with us also were pretty disappointed on the treatment of staff.

Soon as I walked in I got greeted by Ms.KATIA she's a very sweet young lady she's very helpful she even took the time to help figure out what I was looking for even though I didn't know what I was looking for myself she brung different options in different colors for me to try I was very happy with the attendant that she gave me and when she seen I was a little discomfort she asked if I would like a different size she knows herself she knows if you're not feeling the dress or if you would like to try something different she gave me great suggestions and was very helpful she even helped me find a matching earrings and a bracelet to go with my dress for my husband's father's wedding
