Honestly... Not good. They overcharge. My storage unit has mouse doo doo all over my stuff, and the roof is leaky.. They also took the dumpsters out, so you can't throw anything away now.

My elderly mother was in the hospital and I wasn't able to get her stuff out of the unit until the 6th. After being told that she would get a prorated charge for the last month once the unit was emptied, they charged her the full month cost plus a late fee. Absolutely unacceptable! Terrible customer service!
