I go to the Auburn, Michigan location. The facility is extremely clean and well kept. As soon as a patient finishes with a piece of equipment a staff member is right behind them cleaning and sanitizing.The staff members are so friendly that it feels like a family environment. They are very professional and knowledgeable, but also very kind and compassionate. I am asked several times each appointment about my comfort level while completing the program set out for me. Each exercise is explained or demonstrated in detail prior to assigning it to me. I cannot imagine ever wanting to go anywhere else to complete my therapy.
