“Very honest and great customer service. They made it worth the wait, as my ThinkPad finally works like a dream once again. Had an issue with the USB-C charging port which needed a solder job. After that, the WiFi chip went out on me. The former was fixed and they replaced the latter. Will recommend to everyone at my office!”

They tried several but then one of the gentlemen took an older model which was newer than mine and deprogrammed it and let me have it. I was very grateful for that. I would recommend them on that courtesy alone”

“I’ll start by saying that I am relatively technologically illiterate. I had a seemingly simple error and was being bounced between the computers customer support and windows customer support. After a full game of tennis between the two I brought it to the store. They were able to uncover that it was more than a simple problem and worked on it for a week and a half. They kept me informed the entire way and were able to dumb it down to my level so that I could understand what was going wrong. They uncovered that it was a hardware problem.The computer is under warranty and with their help I was able to nail the computer’s customer support department and they are correcting their mistake. I have no doubt that Computers to Go would have been able to do a fantastic job replacing the hardware if I had asked them. All around top notch service.”
