Background... I had picked up a nail in one of my tires. The first tire place I took it to said it couldn't be repaired because the puncture was too close to the sidewall (it was a good inch in on the tread). I was also told that since my vehicle is all-wheel drive, I would need to replace all four tires. The damaged tire would be covered by warranty, but I would need to pay around $600 for the other three. Thank goodness my son told me to give Mike a call! Mike got me in a soon as I could drop my car off, checked the tire, repaired the tire, and sent me on my way. These tires have 30K warranty miles left on them, and I don't have to replace them now - thanks to Mike's!”
“I have had two flat tires in the last year. I love that discount tire will fix your flat for free. They got me in before my scheduled appointment so I could make it to work. They also put my spare tire back on my truck and inflated all my other tires. Service was great, store was clean. I will always make all my tire purchases from this store for all those reasons.”

“I got my brakes checked, for free. This is almost unheard of in this day and age. After the inspection they let me know that I did not need brake work at this time and that I had a lot of life in my brakes. Being female and knowing about cars this bit of honesty was so rare and so appreciated Firestone has now gained a new customer for my basic car maintenance such as lil changes and tires and when my brakes do need repair I will be visiting Firestone.
