I would like to give a huge shout out to customer service in Bad Axe really awesome person I have no idea who texted me never gave me thier name but thank you so much for taking the time to help my deaf parents most people just tell them whatever to just get them out of there cause they are to much work to understand so thank you whoever you was for texting me that video for the weed wacker they bought there! If any one in management sees this whoever was working afternoon on Sunday September 22nd 2024 in the Bad Axe location that took the time to actually listen and try to understand my parents deserves something special it’s sad on how hard it is to find people willing to take the time to help deaf people whoever it was should definitely get some recognition!

My card locked out because I was making a rather large purchase. Roger the cashier covered the other $3.00 dollars. Highly recommend this harbor freight.

Really nice and well-kept store compared to the other Harbor Freights that I have shopped at around Michigan. The Store Manager Jacob helped make sure I was set with new tools for my house that I recently bought.
