“I visited this location to utilize the pet wash. Tracy was extremely helpful, making certain I knew where everything was, as well as how to use everything. I will definitely be back to TSC Bad Axe, simply due to the customer service I received. The pet wash station was also the best maintained I’ve seen compared to multiple TSC locations.”

“Self Serve has expanded it's store footprint and it's a great improvement! Much more product, more space to navigate the store--I'm loving it! The folks that work there are always friendly and willing to help, and last time I was in there, they were even training their employees on new countertop items/techniques---they really do try to train their employees properly. Oh yes, and huge bonus for the area is that they're actually open on Sundays (everywhere else closes on Sundays)!! Thanks for improving and for keeping us DIY folks going on the weekends!”
