She adjusted my bill when I canceled a line because the cricket worker I talked to through help their customer service did not. I had been paying extra for like a year. She's called customer service to help when necessary because sometimes it's easier for them since they know what to ask. She went over different phone options when I needed to get a new one for my kid and addressed my concerns.”
