I visited this location to utilize the pet wash. Tracy was extremely helpful, making certain I knew where everything was, as well as how to use everything. I will definitely be back to TSC Bad Axe, simply due to the customer service I received. The pet wash station was also the best maintained I’ve seen compared to multiple TSC locations.

I have never encountered an unfriendly associate here. Always fast service too. I love that it is pet friendly

Was in to get about a thousand dollars worth of fencing supplies to use at the farm, the old sun beaten leather skinned chain smoker was probably the rudest woman I have ever met. Oh well, took my 1800 bucks down to family farm and home. 🤷♂️

Just a good honest place to shop. And a big plus is they give VETERANS DISCOUNT. They quit giving Veterans Discount it’s only given on I believe now on Veterans Day. Had to drop a Star

They don't tend to carry much for horses. The TSC in Caro has a much better selection when it comes to dewormers and supplements. The store in Bad Axe was unable to order a supplement that the Caro store has due to their store considering it a clearance item. They also didn't have any similar supplements that I could try. The Caro store has exactly what I needed so I'm not sure why Bad Axe has such as limited selection.

My father came in today and bought a 50lb bag of fertilizer mind you he is 65 yrs old pure white hair hump on his back very noticeable and not one employee or manager helped him put in the car the lady that drove him there was on oxygen so she couldn't help I can not believe this store did not offer to help a senior so I called asked to speak to manager she said she was the manager on the phone told her the issue and she acted like it wasn't no big deal SHAME ON YOU TRACTOR SUPPLY of bad axe

Went in to purchase sand. Pulled my truck up to the pallet. Went in to purchase sand. The cashier couldn't find the barcode in the quick reference book. She had absolutely no desire to help. I went across the street to Ace and got the exact sand I wanted (play sand) TS only had all purpose. Next time you wonder how Ace makes it with TS, HD or Lowes. This is how. They actuly care about customer service. Thank you Ace.
