“My truck broke down on my way home from up North, luckily I was able to limp it into the Parts Plus parking lot. I was able to work on it in the parking lot. There were 4 guys there that day who were extremely helpful, we thought it was a alternator issue, that was ok, then though battery was bad, that ended up being ok. The guys at the store helped me diagnose it with their battery tester, we ended up finding out the wire from the alternator to the batter was corroded. All the guys were super nice and willing to provide advice. I hope I don't break down again anytime soon but if I do in that area, I will definitely go back. Thanks again guys!”
