My truck broke down on my way home from up North, luckily I was able to limp it into the Parts Plus parking lot. I was able to work on it in the parking lot. There were 4 guys there that day who were extremely helpful, we thought it was a alternator issue, that was ok, then though battery was bad, that ended up being ok. The guys at the store helped me diagnose it with their battery tester, we ended up finding out the wire from the alternator to the batter was corroded. All the guys were super nice and willing to provide advice. I hope I don't break down again anytime soon but if I do in that area, I will definitely go back. Thanks again guys!

Stopped in there several times over the last few years. Never had the auto part in stock. Don't get me wrong , it's a small town, and it's a small building, but cars and trucks don't always send out a warning notice. Stok less junk and more vitals. That will give you an edge..

I can say been going here for 30 plus yrs and well they have always done me right. May get a wrong part every now and then but it changed without an issue

Really think they should get some different employees in here. There customer service honestly has been the worst I have seen in a long time. And there knowledge about anything to do with what they are selling is at a 0. My boyfriend had to basically show and teach these people how to do there jobs. Havent been impressed on them any of the times I have went here. Very upsetting.
