Staff members are patient and do not hesitate to find the correct answers to questions. The entire process, including working with the finance staff, is handled smoothly and in a timely manner. Very polite customer service - I have not done business here, but was erroneously directed to call here for help with PeacockTV. They are obviously not that, but they were so nice on the phone. Very helpful throughout every stage of the process of purchasing. If the sales person didn’t know the answer to a question he didn’t try to bullshit, he just asked for a second to get the answer. I really appreciate a person that will do that.
