Overall, we've been very happy with our rural mail carrier and the folks in the office. They always laugh at my lame jokes and seem to enjoy what they're doing.

Our regular mail lady wasn't working today (Saturday 27th of july.) I noticed it was another lady. Watched her coming up the road and totally passed my mailbox with the red flag up. But, crossed the road to deliver mail to a house that was two houses up. Never came back around to pickup mine. Wasn't even driving the right way like our regular mail lady does. Never have any problem with our regular one. But this one covering her needs to be trained again. The right way. She was all backwards. I even know how to deliver mail driving the right way. And, never worked postal before. My outgoing mail was important to be picked up and delivered. It needed to be delivered to the address on Monday. Because of her incompetence of doing her job correctly. She just made me out to be a liar and break my promise to the individual. So, if our regular delivery lady has to be replaced for just one day. Please don't send her again, until she is trained properly and knows what she's doing. I hope she didn't do this to someone else, who's mail was important to be delivered.

I don't know who is delivering mail here for Baldwin mi.but they are not reading the ADDRESS RIGHT JUST got a bunch of mail for someone that lives on a different road.

I asked for a hardship application. My mailbox is on the next road and I’m unable to walk tfat far and don’t have a vehicle. Kate Koch ,loudly , in front of the people begging me and said“You looked like you walked in just fine” then she proceeded to tell me (Snotty) “you kn it w you need a doctors letter”. Just because my handicap isn’t visible she had no right to judge me. Was very humiliated in front of the people behind me including my friend!! She had no right to say anything to me let alone judge me!!

They have made me pay 4 dollars for letters that were a little bit thicker than normal. If I didnt they would send it back so I had no choice. They also tried to make me pay $30 to send 8 letters because it, "was not bendable." I put it in a bigger envalope and bent it in front if them. They made another excuse that it was too thick and needed to be considered a package and I still had to pay $30. I could tell that sge was tired of me and I didnt want to stick around any longer so I went to a different post office that said it would be $1.20 each because it was one of those big yellow envalopes. Sent it all out for about $10. I dont recomend this post office at all and I would suggest going somewhere else.

I dropped of my facemask Package today at 3.44 pm and waited in parking lot to see if they come out to get the Packages. One lady came out from post office to get the mail at 348pm and she was smoking. She still on the clock. Now all Mail probably has smoke smell. Notacceptable. ??

Went in on Friday after going to my Veterinarians office to purchase flea & tick stuff for my dog & for my daughters dog both are in Texas. I went to send the flea & tick stuff out. She was rude to me which surprised me since we frequently go to this post office. There was a police officer there & she told me that I couldn't send prescription drugs. I said it's not prescription drugs it's flea & tick stuff for our dogs. She told me that my vets office would need to send it out so I called them they said that's not true you can purchase flea & tick stuff online & have it sent it's not against the law to send it out. They told me to get a box & send it so I went back in & got a box. She told me that she wouldn't wait on me if I came back in there with it. I was shocked so I got online & looked up the laws on the USPS web site & it said you can't send prescription drugs which flea & tick stuff isn't prescription drugs. Plus I messaged our local sheriff that I happen to be friends with. I called back to the post office & spoke with the guy & told him I can send flea & tick stuff in the mail. How do they not know the laws? Come on! They work there. They both had told me when I was in that I couldn't send it. They didn't check & when I went back to send them out she was rude to me. I will not be going back to this post office. It's 5 minutes from my house & I used to like them not anymore. You lost a customer because you couldn't say oh I'm sorry I was WRONG. She could of apologized to me but she didn't. She also said you can't put that address as a return address it's like she was just trying to give me a hard time. I'll drive 20 miles away before I go back in there!
