The Wesco in white cloud was not helpful in my need to fix my credit card stuck in the ATM machine. It was a younger crew working that evening but I wasn't happy or satisfied with lack of help to solve the problem ..I kept being told to wiggle the card for the machine to release it. I've never had a machine malfunction and freeze up, keeping my only card and means to get home. I must have waited a half hr or more waiting for some clear answers. I've never been fond of that Wesco and now I have another reason why

Ive returned cans here before so i know that sarah lied about not taking cans they were clean and sorted so there was no reason for her not to take them and when i said that she just said no we dont and that i needed to leave with the biggest attitude

My family was in Baldwin fishing for the Labor Day holiday weekend. The whole town was out of ice and we had a giant cooler full of fish getting warm. One of the employees indicated that this location makes their own ice and would be restocking their freezers within a few hours, which we were very glad for. Matthew, one of the employees working that night, heard the predicament we were in and rather than making us come back to the store later, he told me to bring my cooler in and he got it taken care of right away. This is excellent customer service when someone is willing to go out of their way and be flexible to help a customer. We will be back in the future.

I was at the Baldwin location today at noon standing at the counter and waiting to be helped for 3 minutes before I realized the young woman that was standing and talking to their friend and ignoring me worked there. Won't be back.

Smaller size compared to other Wesco locations. They're replaced the pumps recently. The fountain machine flows well, donuts are made fresh every day, and hot popcorn on hand is awesome! It has a working air pump around back. The only other negatives are the parking lot has a few cracks to it and people have a nasty habit of parking wherever they feel like, nowhere near the proper spaces.
