The caring and compassionate staff, from the receptionist (kindness with directions) to Benita with pre-op readiness and in-take, and Thalia and Devon with surgical support and post-op care, they all made us feel completely supported. The facilities are modern and well-equipped (state-of-the-art monitoring, warmed IV bags), all with strict adherence to cleanliness throughout. Our dog, Jacques, was exceptionally cared for with clear communication before and after surgery. Impressive recovery — gentle toe-touching by day 3. We are beyond grateful for this outstanding team.
