This comment is Not related to service, but appearance of the lawn. The manager needs to go outside and look at the lawn maintenance that is overgrown along the road and sidewalk!!

I had the pleasure of being waited on by Demar. Wow. Kinda busy when I came thru the checkout line but Demar had things under control. His kind and patient personality is awesome. After a long day, it sure was a privilege to stop at the Bath Dollar General and pick up a few necessities and experience such a gentleman behind that counter. Math is hard for the employees there. They will over charge you and charge full price for 50% off items and claim the system did it correctly however the receipt shows full price.

I used to not mind shopping here. I have a visual impairment which makes the shopping experience more difficult from the start. The employees here make it worse as well. I constantly hear employees complaining and swearing about who knows what. They are constantly watching you and listening in on your conversations while in the store (creepy af).
Most recently I got scolded by an employee because I requested $20 cash back before 10am and the employee (the only time I’ve ever requested cash back there btw) she also mentioned hey theres a sign there that says no cash back before 10am. I replied back at her and said hey I have a vision inpairment and the sign was tiny and not so accessible location to read. She didnt even apologize or anything she was just like oh well for future reference.
I was already stressed out because of my inpairment having to interact with another human at the checkout because the self checkout was closed. The self checkout is still difficult to use but I dont have to deal with employee attitudes.
The only reason I shop here is because it is more difficult for me to access other stores like Walmart or Meijer, not because I want to.
Thanks for making an already stressful shopping experience even more stressful.

This is by far my favorite dg store. They seem to have a lot of items other stores don't have. I love it. The staff is always friendly too.

First of all, I need a feminine product and they don’t ever have the one I need and I asked them to order it and they just flat out refused! I won’t be coming back as my husband returned the wrong ones and got in store credit when he paid cash! I will no longer be going to that location anymore! Feels like I have to do their job for them! Next time, I deserve to be paid for doing YOUR job! Don’t waste your time going to the store. Absolutely nothing but a waste of time! And God forbid the workers actually don their job! After being in customer service for over 15 years, I know a lot! This store has a crappy selection of feminine products! Don’t waste time here go elsewhere.

Worst Meijers ever! Cant find what you need. Employees ignore your questionThis store is left handed and I will start shopping at Walmart as they obviously do not haave a clue here. I dont have time to search an entire store for one item to only discover they dont carry it!

They decide when they want to follow policy apparently. My step-son has purchased spray paint in the past from this location and all of a sudden because they are training someone, they won't. Mind you his mother was right there with him.I've looked it up to make sure and saw that it is a law (not store policy) that minors can't be purchasing spray paint. So why on earth was he ever able to purchase spray paint from this location.This place needs to get their act together.
