Mind & Body Symmetry, in partnership with Conquest Fitness Gym, is here for all your fitness needs. We offer personal training of many types: individual, small group, weight loss, sports training and rehabilitative. We offer boxing-featured group classes; youth and teen fitness classes; women's fitness class; men's fitness/boxing class; and circuit based classes. We help track your fitness goals with body scans and consultations, using the InBody. Our mission is to give people the guidance, environment, and support to reach their health and fitness goals, and to Unlock Their Greatest Self!

Walter has been a game changer when it comes to my workouts. My workouts consist of boxing and weightlifting and Walter is awesome. He is a joy to work with and a lot of fun.
