Monticello's Market & Butcher Block is a gorgeous, well-stocked market and butcher store. It is a treat to shop there, with a wonderful and large selection, including high-quality local meat, outstanding protein, and the best BBQ sausages. The deli is a highlight, offering delicious ready-to-grab items like cranberry chicken salad croissant sandwiches, fresh Reuben sandwiches, very veggie side salads, and tons of desserts. The store also features a quirky selection of Michigan-made products. The staff is consistently awesome, friendly, and helpful from the front door to the exit, making for a great experience.

The only place I will go for meat. Been going there for a few years anyways. Such a unique selection of market goods as well as butcher shop items. Secret tip: buy one of their homemade chicken potpies in the freezer door just to left of butcher meats 😉
