Went to video teller to make a cash withdrawal and sat waiting too long for available teller, so decided to go inside. I was shocked to find there was no teller window. Instead I had to sign in at a kiosk and sit in a waiting area. I waited for several minutes then chose to leave. Seems very inefficient to me! I went to the atm instead. If eliminating the convenience of face-to-face transactions, then please update the atm so I can choose the bills I want ($1, $5, $10, $20 or $50).

Dont understand why 'they' keep building glass towers, employees working from home, and an empty shadow of expenditures the members paid for. Why don't the members receive better rates, credit card rates better than any other? Why are the members excluded from receiving a share of the success? It's your members who gave you a great future, today's success. Such questions when I use the drive thru, or see the building from the hiway.

My dad had vacation bible school with a penny drive. Not only would they not take rolled pennies they sold to him. They said they couldn't be sure all the rolls had enough pennies. They said he could open them all and dump them in their machine but they did not have a representing that could help. My 80 year old Dad now believes they think he was trying to steal from them. He went to another credit union they were pleasant took his rolled pennies and deposited into his account. He has multiple accounts at MSU and uses this branch quite a bit. We will be returning on Monday to withdraw all our money.

No teller windows makes transactions slower but seems like MSUFCU wants to have a high touch experience for members

As always MSUFCU is polite, helpful and professional. I rarely wait more than a few minutes and appreciate their concern.

Ever since they remodeled their service is horrible and it takes a 1/2 hour to get simple things If I could rate lower I would.

Not a fan of the new changes. It seems like it just benefits the bank by collecting information on visits and encourages you to use the video tellers instead rather than improving the customer's experience. Filling out the iPad and sitting and waiting for a simple transaction is cumbersome and the video tellers experience just isn't the same. Honestly the whole experience had me looking into other local banks. I can easily get a higher rate at an e-bank, I choose MSUFCU since I enjoyed the FTF touch but they seem to be moving away from that.

Waited 15 minutes in the building to deposit a check. Service with the new layout is extremely slow. Half of the building is still under construction so hopefully things change dramatically when they fully reopen

Msu is updating its banking format and I'm jot sure it's for the better. When you walk in there are no longer tellers, just ipads waiting for you to tell them what you are there for. Then you sit in a chair and wait for the next available person to call you over to a desk. Want to make a simple deposit or withdrawal sit down while you do it instead of just walking up to teller and quickly completing your business. Msu says all the employees will now be able to complete all the jobs in the bank. I wonder if this opens me up to dealing with someone who is less proficient then they should be the next time I go in for a loan. I'm not sure while places od business think I want to do all my business electronically but it's just not the case. If I wanted to do business with you on my iPad I could have stayed home and logged into my account there. Sometimes the personal touch gets the job done. For the time being I guess I'll make sure I head into the msu in Okemos that still has tellers and avoid this one.
