Eszter is so great with my dogs! They’re always excited when they see her van. She’s very thorough and patient! Always smell great and I can actually see that their nails were trimmed! Super duper recommend!!

Eszter is truly the best! She’s reliable, professional, and so easy to work with. Her mobile grooming service makes the whole process incredibly convenient from scheduling time via text to her availability —she comes right to the house and takes care of everything. Grooming my goofy boy has never been easier. Highly recommend!

We love Eszter! She is a very reliable and skilled groomer. She makes my two Shih Tzus look incredible after they're done. They are both very scared of a chaotic grooming building (and one is terrified of being in the car), so this setup works perfectly for us. I hope to never go back to bringing them into a building. Thank you Eszter!

I needed help getting burrs out of my dog’s longer fur and they were very nice, fast to make appointment, did her nails too and it was reasonably priced for a house call. It was also a quick service and I can tell my pup feels much better! Thank you!

Eszter was very sweet lady with a sparkling personality and most importantly she made it a very comforting experience for our furry babies ,I highly recommend her . IT HAS been a hard journey in finding someone my kiddos could relax with cause we don't just trust anyone with them ,we are so grateful for being able to find such reliable and a safe groomer like ESZTERTHANK YOU SO MUCH WE ARE DEFINITELY GOING TO KEEP HER

She is very patient and caring with my Senior dog,Allie.She does a wonderful job,and I appreciate her coming to my house,because it is difficult for me to bring Allie in the car.Allie loves her and it didn’t take long for her to warm up to her!? ?

We have 3 dogs, 1 of which is a senior, she did a wonderful job with all three. They look and smell great and their fur is soft and silky. We will definitely be having Pup Fiction Pet Parlour out again.

I live in Eszter’s neighborhood (Colonial Village) and walk my dog down her street almost daily. Earlier this evening, Eszter’s two dogs were outside unattended in her fenced yard. After passing her house, her large black dog must have broken through her fence and came barreling after me and my dog growling with teeth bared. He lunged trying to bite my dog multiple times. Eszter walked slowly out of her house and put minimal effort into recalling her dog. A few seconds later, her small dog ran at us and tried to bite my dog in the face multiple times as well. Again, with minimal intervention from Eszter. She finally was able to corral her dogs away long enough for us to get a safe distance away. Eszter provided the saddest excuse of an apology and did not check to see if my dog or I had been bitten by either of hers. Luckily, neither of us were physically harmed but both rather shaken from the ordeal. The Pup Fiction grooming truck was parked outside of her house, and I had previously heard she grooms clients’ dogs out of her home. I would be extremely cautious taking your dogs to her house with how her dogs reacted and her inability to control them. Also, her fence clearly is not secure which may put clients’ dogs at risk of escaping.
