I was tried of their bait and switch on my due date. Being locked out every month. Because I contiued to pay, on the same date, each month. They considered it late, after being there for 6 months. After I moved out, they contiued to charge me rent, plus fees. Then turned me over to this collection company. They returned my mailed in payment. There are better storage companies to due business with. I would strongly recommend shopping around.

Not sure what I was expecting with outdoor storage, but mold and mildew on everything. Everything is ruined. Completely got it that it’s an outdoor storage unit, but even pieces that were covered and wrapped appropriately are completely ruined.

Great price and the sign up process was super easy. The management team was very helpful and accommodating. The unit was clean and easily accessibly. Care and headache free storage solution. For sure will use them the next time around.

Highly recommend! First of all, the location from MSU was very convenient. Professional and very courteous staff. The sizes are perfect. Place is clean. The storage space was clean and my son’s furniture and mattress were clean, dry and perfect! The contract is easy to understand, no hidden fees and payment portal is super easy!

RACCOONS! We rented a small storage container on the upper level for my MSU student's belongings for over the summer of 2022. The price was right and the office people were friendly. The problem came when my husband and daughter came back in August to retrieve her stuff. They opened the door and a RACCOON was in there! There was a hole in the wall where it was getting in and out. None of her belongings were damaged but this was outrageous. They snapped quick photos to prove it was there. The office was responsive and gave me a partial refund. They felt bad about it. I would have posted the photo of the raccoon if I still had it but I deleted it.

Don’t rent here during the winter, they don’t plow worth anything. Half of the units plowed out and the other half plowed in with near 3’ of snow.

The foundation of my unit cracked leaving a large gap between the door and the floor. I had an end unit as well allowing dust, dirt and everything else into my unit. I wish I would have taken better care to cover everything but I guess we live and learn.
