I locked my keys in the car with it running while away from home. I know, stupid, but these things happen sometimes. I called AAA and they said the soonest someone could be there was an hour from then. After an hour went by, I called back and they said they couldn’t get ahold of the driver but someone would call with their location. No one ever called and another hour went by. After two hours of waiting outside in the cold with my car running I gave up and called a tow truck who said they could be there in ten minutes. Absolutely ridiculous, an absolute nightmare, and a terrible experience.
