As we entered the store we were promptly met by Brandon. He listened to our problem, then asked us to join him at a table. He worked on our problem for about an hour until he had a solution for us. Not only did he solve our phone issue, he offered a way to save us money on our internet service too. Brandon explained the problem in a way that was easy to understand. He was nice to work with.

Awful experience. Went in today to find out why my bill was almost $100 more than usual. Phones have been paid off for years and not under contract. I was told a sales discount fell off. I was not helped by Ariana who told me they are not customer service they are sales. She was very snarky. I later called to ask for the name and number to a corporate manager and explained if she was in sales she lost my future business as I will be going with another company and not purchasing from them in the future. She told me if I wanted respect then I should be respectful. I asked her what I said or asked she found disrespectful. I was told it was my body language. What?! She was right, she’s definitely not in customer service.

I no longer feel welcome at this store. I went in and talked to Brandon and Sean last weekend (who are both amazing!), but it was one of the females there that day (I am suspecting one of them), who told Brandon to relay a message to me instead of just conveying it herself. This, I felt, was unprofessional. If you have something to say, please have the professional courtesy to say it yourself and don’t put someone else in an uncomfortable position. This made me feel unwelcome and the person I was working with felt uneasy. Also, if this same female is going to discuss another customer who was looking for international call information negatively, please have the decency to not do that within earshot of other customers. The attitude and lack of tactfulness is unprofessional. This same person added the $17 and $25 insurance without my authorization and I had to spend more than an hour on the phone with customer service trying to get it removed and they still charged me a partial month. If you HAVE to go to this store, please work with Brandon or Sean. Otherwise, like I will have to do, find another store to give your business to.

Poor customer loyalty. Poor customer service. Manager never came to address my issue until she asked me to leave. They will lose customers over $300? After 2 days late turning in a phone? I think they have made enough $$ off me and my account of 6 phones that this should not have been an issue. The manager told me “it’s your fault” yes ma’am it was by 2 days and I thought you could do better for loyal customers like me. Rude.
