We had a lot of problems. To start with they have a promised date in their paper work. Which the receptionist fought us about. When I got my car back two weeks later my tire pressure light came on about 45 minutes later. After they claimed to have fixed everything and even took it to a dealership, so it should be been fine.

Do not trust this business at all. Stay away I cannot speak on behalf of the mechanics I am sure they did what was told to them to do. I told management the items that weren't not completed, one of those were the sensors on parking and advised the cautions lights that were still displaying. Management is a total failure here tried to explain to me replacing both bumpers has nothing to do with the sensors. After two managers and two different general managers still nothing. Just the same Ole kick the can down the road now after a month with nothing, we will call back. It's been six months still waiting for call back. Gave up leaving messages two months ago. Stay away do not trust one word they say. Then have the gull to contact me for a survey. There is a guy on the side of the road you do not know he is more trustworthy than this business. Crooks

I’ve had my truck in twice for bodywork. (I have to admit, I love this truck more than any other vehicle I’ve owned.)The first time was for front end damage, and it took 2 days longer than estimated. The work was done right, so it wasn’t a big deal at all. I was very happy with the outcome.The second time was rear end/bumper work, and they finished 2 days early, and under the estimate. My only gripe was that it took so long to get my truck in, but Im very understanding about it. This is just the way the world is now. It’s hard to find good help, and costs of everything is up, especially labor on their side.All in all, I am extremely happy with my experience, and would gladly WAIT to give them my business again.Good job guys! This place does good work but I had a problem with delays. They gave me one date I would be done but then had to push it back because of wrong parts. Then they had to push it back by a whole week because of wrong parts and the lock company not coming on time. I think it is a lot of miscommunication and not communicating in between people.

My son took his 2008 Volvo S40 to this location to get repaired from being sideswiped back in December. ($5000 ish worth of repairs.) An appointment was set up for march and then on Feb 27th the General manager reached out to my son only via email to inform him that "This file was brought to my desk regarding your 2008 Volvo S40. I have reviewed the file and at this time I will have to unfortunately decline the repairs at my shop. We are booked out until May as of right now and this vehicle claim isn’t something I want to take on at this particular shop."My son waited three months thinking that his car was going to get fixed March only to be rejected (by being told they were booked up till May?) after waiting that long. We could have found another shop in the meantime had Autobody USA informed in a timely manner, now my son has to wait months more to get his car repaired at another shop due to the unprofessionalism of AutoBody USA.Every time I've had to get one of my vehicles repaired I've taken it here, that's why I sent my son there as well. I won't make that mistake again.Service: Body & Trim

Horrible horrible horrible! Do not use this place to get your vehicle worked on , the lady at the desk is mainly the problem!So first we waited 2 months to get the car in which is fine once we dropped it off they told us it would be done in 2 weeks , so the day before it’s supposed to be completed she calls and says they don’t have the parts… how you had 2 months to get them around after that she says they missed that the head light was broke how do you realize that the day before completion?? Okay so now that we waited for it to all get fixed she calls and says hey it’s done but you need your insurance to put up more money and you can’t pick it up untill it’s paid okay it’s Friday at 4 o clock how am I supposed to figure out how to get me insurance to jump in 1 hour ! Excellent work, friendly experience working with them before and after the work. Told us when the repairs would be done and they were on point. We have been using Auto body USA now for almost 20 years and we won't us anyone else.

We’ve used Autobody USA a couple of times now, and never have had a problem. Very honest and they provide great communication for updates on your vehicle. As far as the work goes, the work is very high quality. I would definitely recommend them for your auto repair needs.

Needed pins n bushels for my drivers door. Mind you I drive a 1998 Chevy S10. They wanted to charge me $1,500. Are kidding me? They also said, we usually do Insurance work. So that means our over charging Insurance Companies!I went to Bills on Columbia next to Autozone. They charged me $100 for 1 hr of work
