“I went in there today. One of the few stores left in this mall. Jess assisted me and was extremely helpful. I’ve shopped The Buckle for years so I know the way they work and assist their customers but I walked in about 30-40 mins before closing and thought I knew what jeans I usually get and she pointed me more in the direction of what I wanted. Definitely see Jess if you go to The Buckle. She had a smile on her face the whole time, even with me arriving near closing time. Nowadays finding someone to work let alone good customer service is hard to find.”

“The gals at this place rock my father-in-law needed a nice Pair of jeans to wear to an event he’s not the one to ask for help or take help from anybody however, my wife called and spoke with the girls on shift about helping my father. These two girls took my father-in-law under their wings and made sure he had a nice pair of jeans and matching shirt. We received the phone call from my father-in-law, and he was so impressed so happy, these girls went out of their way and provided such a great experience for him and the jeans look great!!
