I’ve shopped The Buckle for years so I know the way they work and assist their customers but I walked in about 30-40 mins before closing and thought I knew what jeans I usually get and she pointed me more in the direction of what I wanted. Definitely see Jess if you go to The Buckle. She had a smile on her face the whole time, even with me arriving near closing time. Nowadays finding someone to work let alone good customer service is hard to find.”

She took the description of the style I was looking for and personally picked out several pairs of jeans for me to try when I arrived.

I was on a tight time crunch before leaving for vacation, and she had everything ready for me. Because of her effort and preparation, I was able to quickly try on a few options and found a pair I absolutely love. I was in and out of the store in no time!
