We went to Dickman vet for the worst day of a pet owner's life, but they were so very kind & understanding. Nikki, our husky mix, had to be put down. Everyone from the receptionist to the veterinarian we're absolutely outstanding. They even let us exit through the employee door so we wouldn't have to walk through the waiting area. Even during the weeks prior to that day, everyone was extremely professional, but very understanding and empathetic at the same time. They never tried to upsell anything, they simply gave us the facts and our choices and let us make the decisions.

My dog has troubles socializing so she acts out when she is around people. A nurse told my boyfriend we need to get our dog trained by a professional.We waited a hour and didn’t get any service. This was supposed to be a follow up appointment for the dog’s ears. However, when we arrived we weren’t helped or informed of what procedures would be done. I am very disappointed in this vet, very poor customer service. So much time wasted today.

Great place to take your animals. Convenient hours and mostly friendly staff. Prices are reasonable.

Love this vets office. Everyone is really friendly and very understanding. The only thing I don't like is the one receptionist, she is rude and not very personable. Also one of the female doctors, her bedside could use work. When she talked to me she acted like I was stupid for asking questions. She did help my dog and was trying to figure what was wrong.

I remember going here a while ago and I just wanted to share my experience. My dog is very afraid of needles and getting touched in the butt which is what they had to do at this appointment. At the time I couldn’t go in with him and had to wait in the car. When my dog was brought out to me he seemed super scared in a weird way like he was beaten or straight up screamed at. I feel like if you can’t have the patience for a dog who’s scared of a needle you should’ve never been a vet to begin with. This place is cruel and would never allow them to touch my babies ever again. Oh I was also scolded by the man who was the vet that day even though he abused my dog and I paid for it to happen. I’ll repeat myself again. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE! even if the meds and practices are cheaper, you don’t want to cheap out on an animal that you love.
