Bad customer service on Ashley parts old computer went down so they opened a new lain and had me wait for the computer to restart and letting people ahead of me in the new lain before telling me to get the the back of a long line

They used up all their helium to make their store look pretty while not leaving any for customers to get balloons they need for birthday or graduation parties. They have one lane open while two other people are in the back room having a conversation. The line at the one land is very very long and stretches almost halfway across the store.

I was in the store 1/23/2023 early afternoon. When I walked in something was different , it seemed cleaner and brighter. As we began walking down an isle I realized the nasty gross carpet was gone , replaced by floor tiles.Wow somebody figured it out , honestly I really didn't like going in the store because it seemed dirty all the time. Tiles flooring should have been put down in beginning , so much easier to keep clean . Now I have no reservations about shopping at Dollar Tree . Thanks from a friendly consumer .

Won’t be returning to this location anytime soon. One check out lane open with a long line and the cashier wouldn’t request another person to come open up another one. He also had to stop to go fill up balloons for somebody and had to make us all wait. Ended up putting our items we were gonna purchase back in a random spot because we didn’t have time to wait.
