Dollar Tree is my favorite store. But I have an issue with this location saying the entrance is wheelchair accessible. It is not. The doors are not motion sensitive nor do they have a button to open the doors automatically. You have to open them yourself, which is difficult when you are in a wheelchair.

Back in july, one of your employees DAWN, banned us for absolutely no reason. We just walked in the store and walked right inti the candy aisle, and they she yelled, security. We didn't know it was for us, so we went to pay for our things, and then she came up to us saying, NOPE, YOUR BAND, GOODBYE!. And then we kept asking what we did she never let us talk and kept yelling, NO YOUR BANNED I DONT NEED ANY REASON!! And then we left. And then i came back the next day, no one did anything, because the day after, we went back again, and once we walked in, she started yelling YOUR BANNED, and then she kept saying, im the kept saying. IM THE MANAGER, ill call the sheriff. When we still kept trying to ask what we did. Even doe the day before, the manager was there, HE SCANNED OUR GROCERIES. He was cool and chill, so she was lying bout that to. A day after again. I came back with my mom and sis just trying to ask once again. Oh yeah, she talked to my girlfriends mom bout her brother and they got unbanned, so why do they get unbanned but we cant ?????? Like? Anyways, then she came right to my face like.. RIGHT IN FRONT. And they started yelling at me telling me to go, and then she went to call the police. We started yelling at her, cause she started yelling at us. And she banned my mom and sister, before we even said or do anything. Like come on, its because me mexican huh?? Ha i dont know, could be.then she told the cops the reasons i was banned because i was stole, and then she switched up and said i was causing up a storm, and flipped her off, which i did the third time i came in to see her the second time. But i did that as i was i walked out. I was in the exit. Like reslly??? Why are you Lying DAWN. Well we got banned in the end cause of her, and even the other dollar tree gets calls from that place because of dawn, and her being rude, lying, banning people for no reason. Anyways, thats my story for that dollar tree, so yeah, you should fire her, it’s ridiculous. You guys have gotten complaints and you choose to ignore, wow.

This was my first time at a location where items are over $1(.25). I guess it's just another Dollar General or Family Dollar now. Nothing that really makes it stand apart. Most things that aren't $1.25 are physically marked but not all. This makes it difficult to keep straight what's what. Something could be misplaced or your child could bring it to and you'd never know until check out. The one thing that did stand out was how an upset customer was handled. There were two men "manning" registers while a customer was having card issues that ended up being entirely her fault. They stayed calm and didn't do anything to escalate the situation. They handled a difficult situation well.
