You have full insurance, and they have all the information. You clip a racoon just with the lower front air deflector and because you let your insurance company go to bat for you over way more charges on the car then there should have been they ? you from any future rentals.That's fine 10000 for air dam repair, there nothing more than a bunch of crooks, and inform me there's still an outstanding balance I owe.If you rent ANYTHING from these people take pictures of everything!!The only thing that saved me with my insurance the estimate showed repairs on more then just the front air dam.Renter beware

Although I had an extended wait time while my vehicle was prepared, the service was awesome. I was given a discount on my rental due to having to wait awhile. The branch manager did a great job!

Very disappointed in this branch and Enterprise as a whole. Made reservations under my name, paid for reservations with my credit card and the front desk guy took my membership number and everything but decided to change my reservation to under my husband's name. After spending 1800 on a rental for a week, I was planning to use my member points in another rental. However due to this worker just changing my reservation I'm out 1800 points. Emailed costumer service and they were a joke. Went to pick the rental up at 5pm and they didn't have it ready, mind you I made this reservation 6 months in advance. We were set to leave at midnight but because of their billionth mistake they didn't drop the rental off until almost 9pm. It was a passenger van and we had a lot to load. Never sent a renters agreement or any paperwork though he said he would. I could go on but this place is just a joke. Use a different office with more intelligent staff.

Made reservations through priceline, specifically because the vehicle had the lowest price and priceline let me use my debit card to reserve the rental and said nothing about any requirement for a credit card. Drove an hour to pick the vehicle up and was told a credit card was required for "premium" vehicles and that someone had called me to inform me. I had no record of any calls. Did not appreciate the hassle and certainly didn't appreciate the absolute dishonesty about calling me when they did not. It would have saved me 2 hours round trip, but instead I wasted that time for a vehicle they wouldn't rent to me. They offered "a camry or somethin" but I had specifically rented a 7-passenger vehicle for our family vacation. I offered to put down a cash deposit of any amount and they refused and said a credit card was required. Went to Avis at the Airport and had a similar vehicle for half the price rented with my debit card in 5 minutes. I'll never rent from enterprise, and I've registered a complaint with Priceline about this incident.

Made a reservation for a one way rental and assumed all was good. Day of rental I called into this office to let them know that I was running late to pick up the vehicle. Jason, who I spoke to, told me that they did not have a vehicle for me. He informed me that they had attempted to call me the day prior (day after reservation was made) to inform me that they would not have a car for me.I asked Jason if he would be able to check with other offices/locations if they had a vehicle I could use, and could honor my original rate and he said that he did have the capability of doing that and that I would have to call around to the different offices to find out myself. So, I wasn’t going to get any help from the Battle Creek location.After calling two locations in Lansing, I decided to call the number on the original reservation email.The person I spoke to there was very helpful and within minutes I had a vehicle to use at another Lansing office. Had I not had the number to call or the backing of Costco Travel (through whom I made the reservation) I could have been left up the creek without a paddle.Am I wrong to think that if a reservation was not going to be honored, Enterprise should have done their due diligence (more than a single phone call) to make sure I am informed of the issue and helped to find an alternative? Good thing I called to let them know I was running late, otherwise I would have been in an even worse situation.Edit/update.Received a call from the Landing location informing me that the in fact do NOT have a vehicle for me. So, I am in fact up creek without a paddle. I have messaged the email that was in the reply from Enterprise and hoping for some sort of resolution.

The Manger and assistant manager were wonderful and very helpful. The car I was originally driving had a loud thump in the back end, was told to come in to switch me into a new rental with no problems.

My car broke down in Kentucky about a month ago. When they called & said it was ready for pick up, I didn’t have a way down there so I called enterprise & they were able to get me a vehicle the next day. No worries at all.Kaileen was absolutely wonderful to work with. She made the whole process so easy & handled everything for me.I dropped it back off on Saturday evening, when they were close. She had the paperwork & receipt sent to me first thing Monday morning, before I could even call for it.There was some miscommunication on the billing side of things, but Kaileen personally texted me what happened & she made it right instantly!Again, I didn’t even have a chance to notice the mistake before she contacted me. She could have just left it & went about her day, but she took care of me from the first phone call I made, until the bill was posted.I will always rent a car from this location, & I felt like their customer service is the best I’ve experienced in a long time.To the whole staff at Dickman Road Enterprise, thank you!

Enterprise has always taken good care of me across this whole country. Most recently I’ve frequented the Battle Creek, MI location. Best customer service I’ve ever had!! Great to see that in my hometown!! Thank you guys and gals!!

Rental car was not clean. Dirt buildup from gravel roads, very dusty. Also the cigarette stench was so overwhelming even though we completely cleaned the car ourselves. Finally, we picked up the vehicle on Monday June 19th at 430pm and returned it on Sunday about 930 am. However, we were charged for 8 days rental. Not a very good experience at all!
